From spark to sparkle

For 15 years I’ve helped build and scale businesses across a number of categories, business models and audiences. I’ve architected and launched new brands and scaled global household names that drive billions in annual revenue. I’ve been the first hire on a team and led teams of 40+. I’ve stood up and led a variety of functions from category management, product, growth, marketing, analytics, and partnerships. I’m a global leader and have worked all over the world; New York, LA, Houston, London, Scotland, Germany, Vietnam, China, Thailand, and Mexico.

I thrive in the space between big-picture thinking and tactical execution. By moving fluidly between strategy and implementation, I help teams not just envision success but achieve it. Whether I’m developing long-term initiatives or rolling up my sleeves to launch new products, I bring both the clarity of thoughtful analysis and the operational know-how to turn plans into results.

My personal story

There’s “work you” and there’s “not-work you”, but I genuinely believe in bringing my whole self to any table. So on a more personal note, I’m the wife to the best person I’ve ever met, Dave, who balances being a tech professional, super dad, and Lego master builder better than anyone. He’s been the love of my life since 18.

I love my career, but the work I’m most proud of is being the CMO – Chief Mom Officer – to three incredible kids, Ethan, Beau, and Emma.

My journey has been shaped by both incredible highs and deep challenges. I grew up in a small Midwest town and found my way to big cities, but I’m forever grateful for my humble, kind roots. I’ve had some dark moments, including navigating my husband’s serious illness in our 20s, battling postpartum anxiety and depression after all three of my kids, and standing by my mom as she’s battled and beat breast cancer twice (she’s the toughest, fiercest person I know). I’ve also created and experienced more love than I ever thought possible, seen beautiful places around the world, and made unforgettable memories with best friends. These experiences have reinforced what I know to be true: life is unpredictable, often difficult, but always worth showing up for with passion, purpose, and people who make it all worthwhile.
